 নিট পোশাক রপ্তানিতে চীনকে টপকাল বাংলাদেশ।

বৈশ্বিক চ্যালেঞ্জে সত্ত্বেও ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নের (ইইউ) বাজারে নিট পোশাক রপ্তানিতে চীনকে পেছনে ফেলেছে বাংলাদেশ। প্রথমবারের মতো এই অর্জন করেছে দেশের পোশাক খাত। এর আগে ইউরোপের বাজারে ডেনিম রপ্তানিতে বাংলাদেশের আধিপত্য অর্জনের পরেই এই সাফল্য এলো।

ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নের আনুষ্ঠানিক পরিসংখ্যান দপ্তর ইউরোস্ট্যাট জানিয়েছে, ২০২৩ সালের প্রথম তিন প্রান্তিকে ২৭ দেশের এই ব্লকে বাংলাদেশের নিট পোশাকের রপ্তানিমূল্য ছিল ৮৩১ কোটি ইউরো।

একই সময়ে চীনের রপ্তানিমূল্য ছিল ৮২৭ কোটি ইউরো। তবে খুব কম ব্যবধানে এগিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ।

গত অর্থবছরে বাংলাদেশের মোট পোশাক রপ্তানির ৫০ শতাংশের বেশি হয় ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নে। তখন পোশাকের মোট রপ্তানিমূল্য ছিল ৪৭ বিলিয়ন ডলার।

পরিসংখ্যানে দেখা যায়, বাজারটিতে বাংলাদেশ ও চীন উভয় দেশের রপ্তানি কমেছে। গত বছরের তুলনায় বাংলাদেশের কমেছে ২০.৯৪ শতাংশ। শীর্ষ রপ্তানি আয়ের দেশ চীনের রপ্তানি কমেছে ২১.৫১ শতাংশ। তবে খাতসংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিরা বলেন, ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নে উচ্চ মূল্যস্ফীতি হওয়ার ফলে এই বাজারে চাহিদাও কমেছে।

ইউরোস্ট্যাটের তথ্যেও ইইউয়ের নিট পোশাক খাতের আমদানি চাহিদায় মন্দাভাবের চিত্র উঠে এসেছে, জানুয়ারি-সেপ্টেম্বর সময়ে যা ১৭.৭১ শতাংশ বা তিন হাজার ১৯৪ কোটি ইউরোতে নেমে আসছে। আগের বছরের একই সময়ে চাহিদা ছিল তিন হাজার ৮৮২ কোটি ইউরোর।

ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নে পোশাক পণ্যের মন্থর চাহিদা অব্যাহত রয়েছে, যার ফলে এই অঞ্চলে বাংলাদেশের পোশাক রপ্তানি বছরওয়ারি হিসাবে ১৭.৬৬ শতাংশ কমে মোট এক হাজার ৩৬৯ কোটি ইউরো হয়েছে। চীনের মোট রপ্তানিও একই সময়ে ২০.১৭ শতাংশ কমে এক হাজার ৭১২ কোটি ইউরো হয়েছে।

তৈরি পোশাক প্রস্তুত ও রপ্তানিকারকদের সংগঠন বিজিএমইএ সভাপতি ফারুক হাসান কালের কণ্ঠকে বলেন, ‘অব্যাহত চাহিদা মন্থর হলেও মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের খুচরা বাজারে পোশাক বিক্রি বেড়ে যাওয়ার ইঙ্গিত পাচ্ছি আমরা, যা আমাদের জন্য সুবাতাস বয়ে আনছে।

যদিও চলতি বছরের অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত খুচরা বিক্রির ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের একরকম সংগ্রাম করতে হয়েছে, তবে আশার বিষয় হলো, যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ন্যাশনাল রিটেইল ফেডারেশন (এনআরএফ) চলতি বছরের বাকি অংশে ভোক্তাদের ব্যয় যথেষ্টভাবে বেড়ে যাওয়ার পূর্বাভাস দিয়েছে।’

তিনি বলেন, ‘এই সময়ে আগের বছরের একই সময়ের তুলনায় খুচরা বিক্রি ৩-৪ শতাংশ বাড়তে পারে। এনআরএফের প্রতিবেদন অনুযায়ী, ২০২৩ সালে মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের খুচরা বিক্রি প্রাক-মহামারি সময়ের গড় মাত্রা ছাপিয়ে বৃদ্ধি পেতে পারে। এগুলো আমাদের জন্য, আমাদের পোশাকশিল্পের জন্য ইতিবাচক।’

বাংলাদেশ নিটওয়্যার ম্যানুফ্যাকচারার্স অ্যান্ড এক্সপোর্টার্স অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের সহসভাপতি ফজলে শামীম এহসান বলেন, ‘চলমান বৈশ্বিক সংকটের মধ্যে চাহিদা ও রপ্তানি আদেশ কমছে। এখন ২৫ থেকে ৩০ শতাংশ ক্রয়াদেশ নিয়ে কারখানা চালাতে হচ্ছে। এর পরও দাম কম, রপ্তানি কম, এর মধ্যে নিট পোশাক রপ্তানিতে শীর্ষ পোশাক রপ্তানিকারক দেশ চীনকে টপকে আজ বাংলাদেশ। এটা মন্দের ভালো। তবে আমরা ভালো নেই।’

ফজলে শামীম আরো বলেন, কম দামের পোশাক রপ্তানিতে চীনের আগ্রহ কম। তাই দেশটি থেকে ক্রেতারা তাদের সোর্সিং অন্য দেশে স্থানান্তর করছে। বাংলাদেশ এই ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাদের কাছে আস্থার বড় জায়গায়। এর ফলে দেশের রপ্তানি আয় বাড়ছে।  

এদিকে রপ্তানি আদেশ কমার পাশাপাশি তৈরি পোশাকের রপ্তানি কমেছে টানা গত দুই মাস। রপ্তানি উন্নয়ন ব্যুরের তথ্য মতে, গত অক্টোবর মাসে তৈরি পোশাক রপ্তানি কমেছে ১৩.৯৩ শতাংশ, আর নভেম্বর মাসে কমেছে ৭.৪৫ শতাংশ।

বিজিএমইএয়ের পরিচালক মহিউদ্দিন রুবেল বলেছেন, বিশ্ব বাজারের অর্থনৈতিক মন্দা, ভূ-রাজনৈতিক সংকট, বৈশ্বিক বাণিজ্য নীতির পরিবর্তন, জলবায়ু কর্মকাণ্ড এবং ইএসজি অগ্রাধিকার এবং সরবরাহ চেইন বা ইনভেন্টরি ম্যানেজমেন্ট আগামী বছরে প্রধান সমস্যা হতে পারে।

ডেনিম এক্সপার্ট লিমিটেডের অতিরিক্ত ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক রুবেল বলেন, ‘আমাদের জন্য পরবর্তী দশকের কৌশলটি হবে পশ্চাৎপদ সংযোগ, প্রযুক্তি, জটিল দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন এবং টেকসই গতিতে বিনিয়োগ করা।’

তিনি বলেন, সবুজ রূপান্তরের উদ্যোগকে ত্বরান্বিত ও সমর্থন করতে হবে।

রুবেল তার ‘বিয়োন্ড চ্যালেঞ্জেস: কম্প্রেহেনসিভ রিক্যাপ অব বাংলাদেশ রেডি-মেড গার্মেন্ট ইন্ডাস্ট্রি ইন ২০২৩’-শীর্ষক নিবন্ধে লিখেছেন, ‘বৈশ্বিক হওয়া আমাদের পরবর্তী এজেন্ডা, যেখানে ভার্চুয়াল মার্কেটপ্লেস একটি কৌশলগত উপায় হিসেবে কাজ করতে পারে, বিশেষ করে এসএমইগুলোর জন্য।’

তিনি বলেন, ‘যেহেতু আমরা ২০২৪ সালে পদার্পণ করতে প্রস্তুত, একটি নতুন অধ্যায়ে শুরু করার জন্য প্রস্তুত; আমরা আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে বলতে পারি ২০২৩ আমাদের জন্য একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বছর ছিল। দেশীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক দ্বিগুণ চ্যালেঞ্জের সঙ্গে পাল্লা দেওয়া সত্ত্বেও আমরা সফলভাবে সেগুলো অতিক্রম করেছি এবং শক্তিশালীভাবে ঘুরে দাঁড়িয়েছি।’

রুবেল বলেন, ‘শুধু ২০২৪ সালে নয়, আগামী দশকেও আমাদের অর্জনের ধারা অব্যাহত রাখতে হবে।’

পণ্য, ফাইবার ও বাজারের বহুমুখীকরণ এবং মূল্য সংযোজনে শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব অর্জন এই সেক্টরের মূল সুযোগ।

রুবেল বলেন, ‘ব্যাকওয়ার্ড ও ফরোয়ার্ড লিংকেজ শিল্পে আমাদের সক্ষমতা বাড়াতে হবে। একইসঙ্গে আমাদের উদ্ভাবন, প্রযুক্তিগত আপ-গ্রেডেশন, ডিজাইন ও দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন এবং সামগ্রিক ব্যবসায়িক সক্ষমতার প্রতি মনোনিবেশ করতে হবে।’

তৈরি পোশাক শিল্পের এই নেতা বলেন, অনিশ্চয়তা রয়েই গেছে, কারণ উন্নত অর্থনীতিগুলোও মুদ্রাস্ফীতি ও মন্দার সঙ্গে লড়াই করছে। সেইসঙ্গে মহামারির সংকট এখনও আমাদের অর্থনীতিকে তাড়িত করছে।

রাশিয়া-ইউক্রেন ও ইসরায়েল-হামাস যুদ্ধের মতো ভূ-রাজনৈতিক সমস্যা প্রতিকূলতার একটি বাড়তি স্তর তৈরি করেছে।

মুদ্রাস্ফীতির বৃদ্ধি ২০২২ সালে ৮ দশমিক ৮ শতাংশসহ রেকর্ডের শীর্ষে পৌঁছেছে, ২০২১ সালে যা ছিল ৪ দশমিক ৪ দশমিক ৭ শতাংশ।

এর প্রভাবে ২০২৩ পর্যন্ত মুদ্রাস্ফীতি ৬ দশমিক ৮ শতাংশ অব্যাহত ছিল, যা মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ও ইউরোপে পোশাকের জন্য ভোক্তাদের চাহিদাকেও প্রভাবিত করেছে।

২০২৩ সালের প্রথম ৯ মাসে ইউরোপীয় দেশগুলোর সামগ্রিক আমদানি ১২ দশমিক ০৮ শতাংশ হ্রাস পেয়েছে।

অন্যদিকে, ২০২৩ সালের জানুয়ারি-অক্টোবরে মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রে ২২ দশমিক ৭১ শতাংশ আমদানি হ্রাস রেকর্ড করা হয়েছে।

ফলে বাংলাদেশও ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নের (ইইউ) আমদানিতে ১৫ দশমিক ৮৭ শতাংশ এবং মার্কিন বাজারে ২৪ দশমিক ৭৫ শতাংশ হ্রাসের সম্মুখীন হয়েছে।

তিনি বলেন, ‘এই চাপটি প্রধান পোশাক আইটেমগুলোর মূল্য নির্ধারণের গতিশীলতায় একটি উল্লেখযোগ্য প্রভাব ফেলেছে, যার ফলে আমাদের গড় ইউনিটের দাম উল্লেখযোগ্য ৭-৯ শতাংশ হ্রাস পেয়েছে।’

বাংলাদেশের তৈরি পোশাক শিল্প মূল্য সংযোজন পোশাক উৎপাদন শুরু করেছে, একটি কৌশলগত পদক্ষেপ যা আমাদের গড় ইউনিট মূল্য বজায় রাখার অনুমতি দিয়েছে।

একইভাবে, প্রতিকূলতার মধ্যে আমাদের সাফল্যের তালিকায় যোগ হয়েছে বেশ কিছু অর্জন।

অর্থনৈতিক চ্যালেঞ্জ সত্ত্বেও ২০২২ সালে ডব্লিউটিও’র ‘ওয়ার্ল্ড ট্রেড স্ট্যাটিস্টিক্যাল রিভিউ’ অনুসারে, বাংলাদেশ বিশ্ববাজারে ৭ দশমিক ৮৭ শতাংশ শেয়ারসহ বিশ্বের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম পোশাক রপ্তানিকারক হিসেবে র‌্যাংকিং পুনরুদ্ধার করেছে।

রুবেল বলেন, বাংলাদেশ ইতোমধ্যেই মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ও ইইউর জন্য শীর্ষ ডেনিম-সোর্সিং দেশে পরিণত হয়েছে। এখন আমরা ইইউ বাজারে চীনের সবচেয়ে বড় পোশাক রপ্তানিকারকের সঙ্গে ঘনিষ্ঠ প্রতিযোগিতায় আছি।

আরএমজি সেক্টরের উন্নতি অব্যাহত রয়েছে, গত অর্থবছর ২০২২-২০২৩ সালে ৪৭ বিলিয়ন মার্কিন ডলারে পৌঁছেছে।

এটি আমাদের আরএমজি উৎপাদনের ইতিহাসে একটি নতুন অর্জন, কারণ ৪০ বছরের যাত্রায় আমরা ৪০ বিলিয়ন ডলারের মাইলফলক অতিক্রম করেছি।

প্রধান বাজার ইইউ ও যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ছাড়াও অপ্রচলিত বাজারে আমাদের রপ্তানি ২০০৮-০৯ অর্থবছরে ৬ দশমিক ৮৭ শতাংশ থেকে ২০২২-২৩ অর্থবছরে ১৭ দশমিক ৮২ শতাংশ হয়েছে।

দেশের অভ্যন্তরে পদ্মাসেতু ও রেলওয়ে সেতু, মেট্রোরেল, ঢাকা এলিভেটেড এক্সপ্রেসওয়ে, চট্টগ্রাম এলিভেটেড এক্সপ্রেসওয়ে, বঙ্গবন্ধু টানেল (কর্ণফুলী), ঢাকা-কক্সবাজার ট্রেন, পায়রা সমুদ্র বন্দরসহ অনেক অবকাঠামোগত উন্নয়ন হয়েছে।

হযরত শাহজালাল আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরের টার্মিনাল-৩, মাতারবাড়ী তাপবিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্র এবং রামপাল কয়লা বিদ্যুৎকেন্দ্রের কথাও উল্লেখ করেন তিনি।

রুবেল বলেন, ‘বছরজুড়েই চ্যালেঞ্জ ছিল, কারণ আমরা বিদ্যুৎ ও গ্যাসের বর্ধিত দাম, বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার রিজার্ভ হ্রাস এবং ন্যূনতম মজুরি পর্যালোচনা সংক্রান্ত সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয়েছি।’

মার্কিন প্রকাশনা এবং ইউরোপীয় শ্রম নিয়ন্ত্রণের উপর বিশ্বব্যাপী মনোযোগ অতিরিক্ত চাপ তৈরি করেছে।

তিনি বলেন, ‘তবে আমরা জোর দিতে চাই এই ধরনের চ্যালেঞ্জের মুখেও আমরা যেন শিল্পকে টেকসই করতে এবং আমাদের কর্মী ও সম্প্রদায়ের আরও ভালো যত্ন নেওয়ার জন্য সর্বাত্মক পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারি।’

লীন ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং নিয়ে যারা কাজ করতে চান, তাদের মাইন্ড সেটিং পরিবর্তন করতে হবে। যেমন অনেকেই মনে করতে পারেন, কোম্পানীর মুনাফা বৃদ্ধিই হয়ত এই পদ্ধতির প্রয়োগের উদ্দ্যেশ্য, আসলে কি তাই? এই নিয়তে শুরু করলে এই পদ্ধতির সফলতা অর্জন কিংবা উন্নতি ধরে রাখা কঠিন। তাহলে উদ্দ্যেশ্যটা কি? দুই শব্দে বললে, গ্রাহক বা ক্রেতার সন্তষ্টি। ক্রেতা কিভাবে সন্তষ্ট হয়?

১। পন্যের বা সেবার মান ভাল হলে

২। পন্যের বা সেবার দাম কম হলে

৩। যত কম সময়ে সম্ভব পন্য বা সেবা পেলে।

এই তিনটি উদ্যেশ্য সফল করতে হলে যে দিকে নজর দিতে হবে খুঁত বিহীন কাঁচামাল , ওয়ার্কম্যানশীপ, প্রসেসিং এর সময় সংগঠিত অপচয় কমানো, প্রসেসিং এর সময় কমানো।

যাও একটা কোর্স কর, সার্টিফিকেট নিয়ে আস, এসেই বাস্তবায়ন কর। অধঃস্তন সাধারনতঃ মিড ম্যানেজার কিংবা ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, সে কোর্সে অংশ নেয় , সেখানে গিয়ে হতবিহ্বল করা কিছু শব্দ শুনে যেমন কানবান, এনডন,জিডোকা, হেইজুংকা,টাকট টাইম ইত্যাদি। খুব চার্জড ও আনন্দিত হয়ে কর্মস্থলে আসে।

আসার পর চিন্তা করে কোথায় থেকে শুরু করব? ক্লাশের কোন উদাহরন তো আমাদের কাজের সাথে মিলতেছে না। দুর্ভাগ্যজনকভাবে কোন প্রসেসেই সদৃশ নয়। কানবান কিংবা সেল নির্মানের মত টেমপ্লেট সরলভাবে শিখে অন্য বিজনেসে খাপ খাওয়ানো সহজ নয়। টয়োটায় ব্যাবহৃত কোন টুল আপনার বিজনেস পরিবেশে ব্যাবহার করার মত কোন যৌক্তিক কারন নাও থাকতে পারে। এতে অনেকেই উপসংহারে যান যে লীন এখানে কাজ করে না।

SMV শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানে বহুল ব্যবহৃত একটি বিষয়। উৎপাদনমুখী প্রায় সকল শিল্প-প্রতিষ্ঠানে SMV ব্যবহৃত হয়। বিশেষ করে গার্মেন্টস শিল্পে SMV একটি অতি পরিচিত একটি শব্দ। 

SMV মানে হল Standard Minute Value বা আদর্শ সময় মান। অর্থাৎ কোন কাজের আদর্শ সময়।

সহজভাবে বলতে গেলে, আদর্শ পরিবেশে, আদর্শ পদ্ধতিতে ১ টি কাজ করতে যত মিনিট সময় লাগে তাকে ঐ কাজের SMV বলে।

আদর্শ পরিবেশ বলতে বুঝায়-

1) কাজের স্থানের তাপমাত্রা অপারেটরের শরীরের জন্য আরামদায়ক হবে। অধিক তাপ বা ঠান্ডা থাকবে না।

2) কাজের স্থানে পর্যাপ্ত আলো থাকবে। স্বল্প বা অধিক আলো থাকবে না যা চোখের জন্য ক্ষতিকর বা কাজের কোন জিনিস দেখতে অসুবিধা হয়।

3) কাজের স্থানে শব্দ দূষণ থাকবে না।

4) অপারেটরের কোন ভয়ভীতি বা কাজ দ্রুত করার কোন মানসিক চাপ থাকবে না।

5) কাজের যায়গা কাজ করার জন্য নিরাপদ হবে।

আদর্শ পদ্ধতি বলতে বুঝায়-

1) কাজে অতিরিক্ত কোন সময় অপচয় না করা।

2) কাজর সঠিক ধাপ অনুসরণ করে কাজটি করা।

3) কাজটি খুব ধীরগতিতে বা খুব দ্রুতভাবে না করা।

অর্থাৎ কেউ যদি উপরের বিষয়গুলো ফলো করে ১টি কাজ করে, তবে সেই কাজটি করতে তার যত মিনিট সময় লাগবে তাকে ঐ কাজের SMV বা Standard Minute Value বলে। 

বর্তমানে SMV নির্ণয় করার জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের সফটওয়্যার পাওয়া যায়। যেমনঃ General Sewing Data (GSD), SewEasy, MODSEW, Pro- SMV , Standard Sewing Data (SSD) ইত্যাদি।

3) একটি লাইনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় Manpower ও Machine নির্ধারণে ব্যবহৃত হয় যা Line Layout বা Operation Bulletine নামে পরিচিত।

4) একটি লাইনের Achievable target প্রদানে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

5) Pitch Time নির্ণয়ে ব্যবহৃত হয়। [Pitch Time = SMV/No. of Operation]

6) লাইনের ইফিসিয়েন্সি নির্ণয়ে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

[Efficiency = (Production Target × SMV × 100)/(Manpower × Working Hour × 60)]

[Efficiency = (Produce Minutes /Available Minutes) X 100]

7) লাইনের Minute Cost হিসাব করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

8) কোম্পানির Monthly Capacity নির্ণয়ে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

IEB এটা কি ? এবং এটা না থাকলে সমস্যা কি ? আর থাকলে লাভ কি ? এই প্রশ্ন গুলা আমাদের অনেকের চিন্তার কারন হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে । IEB হল The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) .

এটাহল একটা সংস্থা । বলতে পারেন ক্লাব । অনেকেই বলেন এটা এর মেম্বারশিপ না থাকলে তার নামের আগে engineer বসাতে পারবে না । কিন্তু কথাটা মোটেও ঠিক না । কারন কোন ক্লাব অথবা সংস্থার এই power নাই যে কাকে engineer বলতে হবে আর কাকে engineer বলতে হবে না এটা নিরধারন করে দেই । 

এই নিয়ে DU হাই court এ রিট করেছিল এবং high court একটা মজার রায় দিয়েছিল । তা হল ieb একটা ক্লাব ছাড়া আর কিছু ই না । আর du এর engineer department এর ছাত্ররা নিজেদের নামের আগে engineer কথাটা ব্যাবহার করতে পারবে । এখন আপনাদের মনে প্রশ্ন হতে পারে du কেন high court a রিট করল ? এবং du কে কেন এর মেম্বারশিপ দেওয়া হই না ? এর ওত্তর টা অনেক সহজ ।du যদি ieb মেম্বেরশিপ পাই তাহলে যারা এটা প্রতিস্টা করেছিল তাদের কোন power থাকবে না। ower ,du নিয়ে নিবে । কারন du এত বড় university তা অন্য অনেক গুলা university কে control করার power রাখে । যেমন dmc , iba, medical, and so on . যারা ieb প্রতিস্টা করেছিল তাদের আর কোন কথা ই থাকত না তাই du কে কিছুতেই মেম্বারশিপ দেই নাই ।এটা ছিল অনেক আগের কথা আর এখন du ইছছা করেই ieb মেম্বারশিপ এর জন্য আবেদন করে না । এবং du ieb এর কোন কথা শুনা তো দুরের কথা ieb কে ফালতু বলে আখ্যা দেই । শুধু du na .. 

বাংলাদেশের অধিকাংশ public university ieb এর জন্য আবেদন ই করে না ।

buet, ruet, cuet, sust, etc যে গুলার ieb মেম্বারশিপ আছে যদি এদের না থাকত তাহলে ieb এর নাম নিশানায় থাকত না । তাই তাদের ieb মেম্বারশিপ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

 এখন আসি private university এর কথা । diu , stamford, asia pacific , aust, aiub , brack, মোট কথা যাদের মেম্বারশিপ আছে তাদের cse কি du, iut, jahangir nagor university , এদের থেকে ভাল?? আপনি কি তাই মনে করেন ?

iut এর world ranking , বুয়েট থেকে অনেক ভাল । but iut এখন ও আবেদন ই করে নাই । নাকি iut , du , এই গুলার engineering department গুলা diu থেকে খারাপ ? যে সকল private university টাকা দিয়ে আবেদন করেছে তাদের কে মেম্বারশিপ দিয়েছে আর যারা আবেদন ই করে নাই তাদের কিভাবে মেম্বারশিপ দিবে ?

আর এখন কোন university আবেদন করতেও চাই না । কারন এই ক্লাব টা একদল মানুশ টাকা এর জন্য পরিচালনা করে । এর মেম্বারশিপ না থাকলে কিছু ই হবে না , থাকলেও কিছু হবে না । থাকলে আপনি বলতে পারবেন আমি ieb ক্লাব এর সদস্য শুধু এইটুকুই । কথা গুলা একটাও আমি নিজে থেকে বলি নাই , সব কথা গুলা বলেছে du এর cse department এর একজন প্রফেসর ।

পারলে আপনারাও এই বেপারে খোজ খবর নিয়ে দেখতে পারেন । আর সব থেকে মজার বেপার NSU কয়দিন আগে মেম্বারশিপ এর জন্য আবেদন করেছে এবং কিছু দিনের ভিতরেই ঘোষনা আসবে । তাই আমরা অনেক হাসাহাসি করে আমাদের sir কে বলেছিলাম sir , ieb দরকার নাই তাহলে কেন এটার জন্য আবেদন করল nsu ?

তখন sir হেসে ঊত্তর দিল যে সে নিজেও বিস্মিত যে কেন আবেদন করল । হইত নতুন যারা আসবে তাদের মাথা ঠিক রাখার জন্য ই করেছে । এবং করার সাথে সাথে পেয়েও যাচ্ছে।

SMV

ভুল চিন্তা। সময় যত কম লাগবে, রেটিং তত বেশী হবে। একজন ভালো অপারেটরের রেটিং অনেক হাই থাকে। রেটিং ১৩০% পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। এজন্য এস এম ভি সবসময় সেইম হবে, একটি প্রসেজে ভালো অপারেটরের যে এস এম ভি হবে, দুর্বল অপারেটরেরও একই হবে। (সময় যত কম-বেশি হোক না কেন) এখানেই রেটিং একুরেসি বোঝা যায়। 

উদাহরণস্বরূপ -- 

প্রসেজ- ব্যাক পকেট এটাস, মেসিন- সিংগেল নিডেল।  

একজন ভালো অপারেটরের অবজার্ভ টাইম - ৩০ সে:। রেটিং ৯৫%।

সো, এস এম ভি - (৩০x৯৫%)+এলাউন্স- ২১%

= ৩৪.৪৮৫/৬০ = ০.৫৭ এস এম ভি।

একই প্রসেজ অন্য এক অপারেটরের অবজার্ভ টাইম- ৩৮সে:। রেটিং ৭৫%।

সো, এস এম ভি - (৩৮x৭৫%)+২১% এলাউন্স।

= ৩৪.৪৮৫/৬০ = ০.৫৭।

এখানে, রেটিং বোঝাটাই কঠিন। অনেক অভিজ্ঞতার প্রয়োজন। অপারেটরের কাজ করা অবস্থায়ই হাত দেখেই রেটিং বাসাতে হবে। এস এম ভি যদি মিলে যায় তবেই বুঝবেন রেটিং পারফেক্ট হয়েছে।।।

উল্লেখ্য যে, যদি কারো রেটিং ৭০% এর কম হয় তাহলে ঐ অপারেটর এস এম ভি করার জন্য উপযুক্ত নয়। তার স্কিল আগে ইমপ্রুভ করে নিতে হবে।

প্রশ্নঃ আমি এখন ৬০ হাজার টাকা বেতন পাচ্ছি, একই জাতীয় একটি কোম্পানি আমাকে ৬৬ হাজার টাকা বেতন দিতে চাচ্ছে। ৬ মাস পর বাড়িয়ে দেবে বলেছে। আমি কি জয়েন করবো?

উত্তরঃ আপনি অবশ্যই জয়েন করবেন না। কারন একটা কোম্পানি থেকে আরেকটা কোম্পানিতে জব সুইচ করতে গেলে কমপক্ষে ৩০ শতাংশ বেতন বাড়তেই হবে। এটা নিয়ম। আপনি হিসাব করবেন বাৎসরিক আয় দিয়ে। অর্থাৎ, আপনার বাৎসরিক আয়কে ১২ দিয়ে ভাগ করবেন। এর ৪০ শতাংশ বাড়িয়ে বেতন চাইবেন। অর্থাৎ ৬০ হাজার টাকা বেতনে আপনার বাৎসরিক বেতন আসবে (৬০০০০×১২= ৭২০০০০) এর সাথে বেতনের অর্ধেক দুই ঈদের বোনাস আরো ৬০ হাজার টাকা। অর্থাৎ আপনার বাৎসরিক আয় ৭৮০০০০টাকা। একে ১২ দিয়ে ভাগ করলে আপনার মাসিক আয় আসবে ৬৫০০০ টাকা। এর ৪০% বাড়িয়ে বেতন চাইতে হবে। অর্থাৎ বেতন চাইবেন ৬৫ হাজার টাকার ৪০ শতাংশ বেশি, অর্থাৎ, ৯১ হাজার টাকা। আর ৩০% বেতন না বাড়লে জয়েন করবেন না। অর্থাৎ ৮৪৫০০টাকা বেতন না হলে ৬০ হাজার টাকার একজন কর্মীর স্থায়ী জব ছাড়ার কোন দরকার নেই।

প্রশ্নঃ পে স্লিপ দেখতে চাইলে কী করবো?

উত্তরঃ প্রথমত, পে স্লিপ দেখতে চাওয়া অবৈধ। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনিও কিন্তু অধিকার রাখেন কোম্পানি ট্যাক্স দেয় কি না, লাইসেন্স আছে কি না, এগুলো দেখতে চাওয়ার আবদার করতে পারেন। কিন্তু তারা আপনাকে দেখাবে না। তাহলে আপনার কোম্পানির পে স্লিপ তাদের দেখাতে হবে কেন? আর সমমনা ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে কেমন বেতন কাঠামো, কে ভালো করছে, কে কেমন বেতন পায়, এগুলো খোঁজ খবর রাখাও এইচ আরের কাজ। তার যদি আপনার কথা বিশ্বাস নাই হয়, তাহলে সে খবর নিয়ে জানুক। আপনি পে স্লিপ দেখাবেন না। আর আপনার বর্তমান কোম্পানির বেতন কত, এটা আপনার ইন্টারভিউর কোন প্রশ্ন হতেই পারে না। এটা জানার কোন প্রয়োজন তাদের নেই। আপনি কি কাজ জানেন, এই কোম্পানির কী কী আয় উন্নতী করবেন, সেটা নিয়েই শুধু আলোচনা হবে।

প্রশ্নঃ সার্টিফিকেটের মেইন কপি রেখে দিলে কী করবো?

উত্তরঃ থানায় গিয়ে ওই এইচ আরের নামে জিডি করে দিবেন।

প্রশ্নঃ এগ্রিমেন্টে সই করতে বললে কী করবো?

উত্তরঃ এগ্রিমেন্ট বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী অবৈধ। এখন যে কোম্পানি শুরুতেই একটা অবৈধ কাজে আপনাকে প্ররোচিত করবে, সে যে পরে আপনাকে দিয়ে আর কোন অবৈধ কাজ করাবে না, তার বৈধতা কী? আসলে, কোনো কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের ভিত দুর্বল থাকে এবং তারা তাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্মীদের প্রতিযোগিতার ভিত্তিতে পর্যাপ্ত সুযোগ সুবিধা দিয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠানে স্বেচ্ছায় কাজ করাতে পারে না। ফলে তাদের আশংকা থাকে কর্মীরা অন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে অধিক সুযোগ সুবিধা পেয়ে চলে যাবে। এ ধরণের যাওয়া রোধ করতে প্রতিষ্ঠান বিভিন্ন চুক্তির মাধ্যমে কর্মীদের জিম্মি করে রাখার চেষ্টা করে।

এ ধরনের চুক্তি আইন অনুসারে অবৈধ, কাজেই এর বিপরীতে কোনো আইনি লড়াইয়ে কোনদিন কোম্পানি জয়ী হতে পারবে না। বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানের কথা বলছি, ৩৪ অনুচ্ছেদে বলা আছে দু’টি ক্ষেত্রে ব্যতিক্রম ব্যতিত সকল প্রকার জবরদস্তি শ্রম নিষিদ্ধ; এবং এই বিধান কোনো ভাবে লংঘিত হইলে তাহা আইনতঃ দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ বলিয়া গণ্য হইবে।

এখন যদি খুব জবরদস্তি করে এগ্রিমেন্টে সইয়ের জন্যে, তাহলে এগ্রিমেন্ট সই করেই জব করুন। অন্য কোথাও জব হলে সময়মতো নোটিশ দিন। কোম্পানি ঝামেলা করলে আইনের আশ্রয় নিন। অনেক এনজিও বিনামূল্যে এসব ব্যাপারে সাপোর্ট দেয়। কোম্পানিকে উকিল নোটিশ দিলেই কোম্পানি রিলিজ লেটার দিয়ে দিবে। তবে কোম্পানিতে আপনার অবস্থানকালে আপনি যদি কোন অনৈতিক কাজের সাথে যুক্ত থাকেন, তার জন্য কোম্পানি যে কোন ব্যবস্থাও গ্রহণ করতে পারে ।

If we put all the value in the efficiency formula we will find the efficiency of that sewing line.
